Getting your Nordec setup running

Tell us about your reels, available space and how production runs today. We’ll help you find a suitable Nordec setup and work with your team through installation, software setup and testing.

From planning to installation

  1. 01

    Inventory & layout review

    Review reel diameters, tape widths, stock volumes, available floor space and operator access. Your inventory and production workflow guide the shelf selection.

  2. 02

    Configuration

    Agree the shelf models, layer configuration and placement. We match capacity to your actual reel mix.

  3. 03

    Software setup

    We configure Nordec WMS around your receiving and picking workflow. If you use another material-management system, we’ll review the connection options with your team.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Coordinate the agreed installation with the Nordec engineering team and consulting support. We plan the site preparation and timing together with you.

  5. 05

    Testing & handover

    We check scanning, LED guidance, position sensors and software movements against the intended workflow before handover.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

    Nordec handles customer support. We agree response times, on-site visits and spare parts with you, so you know exactly what to expect.
