Overview
The double-sided 13"/15" shelf stores reels on both faces of a 700 mm deep unit — up to 896 reels in a four-layer configuration for 8 mm tape, with the same 3-second pick once a position is indicated. Reinforced shelving covers the full 8–72 mm tape range. It suits sites that want the largest reel buffer per unit, or a single shelf that serves two adjacent SMT lines from opposite sides.

Receive
Scan the shelf or cart and the reel, place it in the position shown, and finish the transaction. The reel is now registered to a location.
Request
Select the pick list and the storage unit it should be picked from.
Pick
LEDs indicate the required reel positions. The light switches off once the reel has been removed.
Complete
The transaction is closed and the picked reels leave the registered locations.
